He previously served for more than 20 years as an area sales manager for Andrew Corporation after working as a project engineer for Marconi. Adrian has a bachelor of arts degree in business management with honors from the University of Lincoln and a degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Manchester Metropolitan University.
