Scott Hughes

Mr. Hughes became a member of our Board of Directors in 2024 and was immediately appointed to serve as a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Hughes currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Private Equity Americas, at Carlyle, where he is responsible for fund and investment performance, as well as overseeing broader strategic and process improvement initiatives. Previously, Mr. Hughes served as an investment professional in the Industrial & Transportation sector at Carlyle‘s US Buyout fund. He serves on the Board of Novolex and previously served on the board of Sciens Building Solutions. Prior to Carlyle, he was an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith.
