Chuck Gilstrap¹

Chuck Gilstrap is the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at CommScope. In addition, he leads the Treasury and Tax functions.

Chuck joined CommScope in März 2022, bringing more than 30 years of industry experience. He most recently served as chief financial officer at ByoPlanet International, and prior to that, was vice president of Finance at Accudyne Industries. Chuck has taken on several tax management roles of increasing responsibility throughout his career.

Chuck earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Midwestern State University in Texas.
