T750 not connecting to Smartzone Controller

Hi all,I have a Ruckus Smartzone Controller. Version 5.1.0 with 189 R750's. I just purchased a T750 for outside. The T750 has an IP address. I can log into the AP. I ran the command for the AP to look to the zone controller. I can ping the zone controller from the AP. However, the SmartZone cannot see the AP, it is not registering with it. I feel I am missing a small piece, but I cannot find it.

Ruckus Lennar Switch (ICX-7150-C12P) NOT working

Hi,Can someone please help me. I having issue with my Lennar Ruckus Switch (ICX-7150-C12P).1. Un-stable/slow connection.2. Unable to connect switch from Unleashed web/App.3. Unable to connect the switch from console port also.Please find the below error message in dashboard.:Failed to ping ICX 192.168.x.xx. Suggest checking the network.:*Unleashed system only supports ICX firmware version 08.0.90 or later.Switch’s Console ports are not responding. I have tried different troubleshooting steps however, the failure persists, and unable to perform the software recovery on the Switch.Can you please someone help me to fix the issue.

Hello!I'm trying to update the passphrase of one of our SSIDs using the API. After I slowly put together the necessary HTTP requests, I now get an error 500 "Unexpected exception during isValid call". Does anyone have an idea which part of the Json I entered is incorrect?

ICX8200 configuration for ping/SSH

Hi all,I am a newbie to Ruckus equipment and even more specifically Fastiron 10. We have some 8200 switches in which they are functioning correctly, but I am unable to ping/ssh them. We are inside a shared building and VLAN 1 does nothing on their network, but their equipment has been set to pass through our VLANS.For whatever reason, no matter what I try we are unable to SSH/ping the switch from anywhere in the building, but everything else works like WiFi etc.Config is very basic, as we are just using the 8200s to for L2 switching. The core switches are doing the L3. r770 how to setup 6 GHz wifi

Hi I can't seem to find any how to's on setting up the wifi 6 of the r770. Can someone point me in the right direction please. I know it's accoplished via the CLI but where is the documentation ?
