We have 25 r510 Ap's and it looks like they have never been upgraded. Current firmware is200.8.10.3.278 and the latest is200.15.6.12.304. When looking at upgrade options within Ruckus Unleashed there are SIXTEEN firmware versions available before reaching the latest200.15.6.12.304.1. Do we need to upgrade in steps...as in oldest fw version available, one at at time, until we reach the latest and greatest? Or can we jump straight to the latest?2. What is the down time when upgrading? If we do the upgrade, will it knock all of our clients connected wirelessly offline?3. If we do lose access to Wi-Fi, is there a way to upgrade just one AP at a time? When looking at the upgrade option under Unleash, I do not see that option. Looks to me that all 25 AP's will be upgraded.Thank you.

i recently just bought 4 R510 AP's from walmart, i factory reset them. I downloaded and installed the R510 standalone firmware "200.9.10.4.212" and now the PWR and AIR lights are just blinking green and I cannot connect to "configure me" im trying top just extend my home internet to my guest house outside. I don't know how to get them to where i can just plug a CAT6 from my router to the AP and get it working from there

Hello everybody! We are having difficulty migrating a few hundred legacy APs from our ZD 5000 to our VSz. We have zones with firmware 3.6.2 already configured and with some APs. However, the migration via ZD migration of these legacy APs (r700 and zf7372) is not being successful. Is this really an incompatibility between VSz and these APs?Is there no patch that resolves this issue?

Dear Sir/Madam,My ruckus switch stopped working since yesterday and I have tried to do multiple resets to no avail. Even did a sequential reset of my modem and then the ruckus switch but the switch always boots up and is stuck at amber light and does not go to green.Could you please help me on how to resolve this? Thanks

Can someone shed some light on the "new" 2x2:2 direction Ruckus is going with the R770? Even though the 5GHz on the R770 is still 4x4:4, the 5GHz HE80 MCS11 sensitivity is worse than R760, R750, and R650 which all also have 4x4:4 in 5GHz.Is 4K QAM and 10GBASE-T just too resource intensive / power hungry to ship an AP with 4x4:4 in all 3 band like the R760?What was the limiting factor here preventing 4x4:4 in all 3 bands, thermal/power? Target price point? Standards got a little ahead of the chips? Will an additional model such as R870 become the 4x4:4 product as we know it, positioning the R770 as more of a mid-higher tier?I would really appreciate any commentary on thisWhat AP is Ruckus selling the most of / recommending to customers right now in 2024, are they happily shipping boat loads of R750 and R760 whereas the R770 is just to satisfy a very small number of customers that need a WiFi 7 sticker?

HiWe are using older ICX switches (ICX6610) with this vlan configuration:vlan 123 by porttagged ethe 1/1/7 ethe 1/1/8 to 1/1/9 1/1/24 ethe 1/3/1uplink-switch ethe 1/1/24 ethe 1/3/1Meaning all the broadcast and unknown-unicast traffic is switched to the uplink-switch ports. Other ports (eth1/1/7,8,9) can not communicate with each other (at least they can not broadcast). Now we are trying to implement newer ICX switches (ICX7550) and guess what, there is no uplink-switch command available.Config guide mentiones PVLANs, but is is very confusing.Any idea how to do or achieve uplink-switch on newer ICX devices?
